GENERAL

All orders accepted by Fuel Exhausts Limited, Registered Office – Unit 5a Fell View, Shap Road Industrial Estate, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 6NZ, Company No. 6017081, VAT No. GB 852 7817 96 are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING

Information provided on this website is understood to be as accurate as possible, however we do not claim that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of errors. If a product offered by Fuel Exhausts Limited is not as described, you are advised to make a claim in writing within seven days of delivery.

PRICES / ORDERING

To assist in prompt despatch please ensure you order against the correct products and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be placed by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website. All exhausts are manufactured to order and can take up to 7 working days to be despatched.

Purchasers are advised to check that goods ordered are compatible with motorcycles which have been modified, adapted or altered. If goods ordered by the purchaser are not compatible due to modification, adaptation or alteration, Fuel Exhausts Limited accepts no responsibility for the error and a refund will not be given.

Prices shown include VAT at the current rate. Purchasers within the EU are liable for VAT unless VAT registered within the EU. If VAT registered, the purchaser must provide proof of such registration, by way of Company documentation including their valid VAT registration number, prior to placing any order. For purchasers outside the EU, VAT is not applicable. Purchasers outside the United Kingdom are advised to check with local Customs Offices with regard to goods that are liable for local taxes or import charges. Fuel Exhausts Limited will not accept any responsibility for payment of these charges or taxes as the legal responsibility belongs to the purchaser.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made by cheque, postal order, credit or debit card with order by phone, post or website. Cheques and postal orders must be made payable to ‘FUEL EXHAUSTS LTD’. Cheques are subject to 10 day clearance before despatch. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and Switch cards on our secure server, which is completely safe. We also accept Paypal payments. We cannot accept American Express cards. We reserve the right to refuse any credit or debit card transactions. Fuel Exhausts Limited can only ship goods to the credit or debit card holders address.

DELIVERY

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within the UK. For goods that are shipped overseas, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Mainland UK orders will be despatched by Parcelforce 24, DHL or UPS next day courier service, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. International orders will be despatched by Parcelforce International courier service, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. All goods require a signature upon delivery. Goods will not be left at any address without a signature. Any claims for non-delivery, damage or shortages must be made in writing within seven days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.

CANCELLATION

Any purchaser cancelling an order must do so in writing within seven days of placing the order. If at any point a purchaser cancels the order, they will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if the goods have been damaged in transit or have been supplied incorrectly. Goods must be packaged in the same manner that they were delivered to avoid damage in return transit. Fuel Exhausts Limited will not stand the cost of any return carriage charges where damage has occurred. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

GUARANTEES

Fuel exhausts are supplied with a lifetime guarantee for goods manufactured. The guarantee is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Purchasers are advised to retain the original invoice as this acts as proof of purchase. The guarantee does not include the exhaust wadding as repacking is recommended every 1-2 years depending on your bike model. See our FAQs page for full details. In the event of a warranty claim being made, the purchaser must contact Fuel Exhausts Ltd via email quoting their full name and invoice number along with details of the issue. Any goods returned under warranty are done so at the purchasers cost. Fuel Exhausts Ltd will cover the costs of return carriage to the original purchaser, once any warranty work has been completed.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

The risk of the goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery from the carrier. Purchasers are advised to check goods before signing as claims for damage cannot be made if the goods have been signed for as received in good condition. The Title in the goods remains vested in us and shall only pass from us to the purchaser once full payment has been made by the purchaser.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit Fuel Exhausts Limited website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically by email. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Fuel Exhausts Limited and is protected by International Copyright Law.

USER ACCOUNT

Visitors to this site are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to your computer. As a visitor / purchaser you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Fuel Exhausts Limited reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
